LaDavia Drane, Head of Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at AWS, discusses her background in public policy and her decision to pivot to tech. She also shares how AWS is ensuring that its female employees feel seen and empowered, including through the Women@Amazon affinity group. Drane also highlights AWS's efforts to support women outside of the company, including making STEM education more accessible to women and girls.
