He highlights that not only does ServiceNow create and invent the products and services they offer, but they use them as well. With software as a service (SaaS), McGee feels that ServiceNow has to have the highest level of availability and reliability on a 24/7 basis to provide the proper service and experience for its customers. The reason they are able to deliver this is a result of their own products. He notes that there is a tight feedback loop of any service incidents their customers may experience that is made possible by the technology utilized by ServiceNow.
