It’s a part of all aspects of life now,” said Andrew Wilson (pictured), chief information officer at Accenture plc, a consulting and professional services company. “The world has changed. I am the chief experience officer now,” he explained, describing how the role of CIO is no longer about information but focused on orchestrating and brokering new experiences.
