Well, it’s time. It’s here now. And so we can take some of that burden away!” said Farrell Hough (pictured), general manager and vice president of information technology service management and product operations at ServiceNow. Hough spoke with Dave Vellante (@dvellante) and Jeff Frick (@JeffFrick), co-hosts of theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s mobile livestreaming studio, during this year’s ServiceNow Knowledge17 event in Orlando, Florida. Reallocation of unused assets gives immediate savings, according to Hough. “You want to find your sourcing for your next IT project? It’s right there!” Hough said. When asked about multicloud orchestration, she responded that ServiceNow is focused on creating flexibility for customers. “We will start to make it happen where you can orchestrate across different clouds regardless of what they look like,” she said. “This is the best time to be in IT.
