A three-point process
Capgemini uses a three-point process to help its customers integrate: advisealign and animate. “Advise” to help customers figure out what they want“align” by assessing the total migration and “animate” the final solution.
SAP migration issues
Some companies are struggling with SAP migrationbecause they know what they want to do but don’t know howfor several reasons. Some also believe the speed of technology is so fast that by the time they make a decision they’re already behind. Others simply do not understand the value of IT in making business decisions.
“They can’t understand why IT is so critical” said Coyle.
30-to-90-minute migration
Companies on traditional data servers are realizing that the technology is changing. They want off their old systems but are unsure of how to accomplish it. Capgemini is helping these clients move their systems quickly and efficiently.
“I can’t imagine an SAP workload that we can’t move in 30 to90 minutes” said Coyle.
