Pagliarulo and EMC has been on the journey "for a long time, it's not one of those things that happens overnight, so first of all, we set a target with 100% virtualization and virtualization is key to get into the private cloud." They're a believer in leveraging the existing core assets with virtualization allowing them to look at the legacy applications such as SAP, but this is only one step. There is a lot of benefit such as savings, with the "big value add is accelerating our ability to enable the business," and get everything out there in a shortened time frame.
