John Furrier, host of The Cube goes out to the events to extract a signal from the noise and shares that with the viewers through SiliconANGLE's flagship telecast. The Cube was in attendance to cover HP's big product announcement "around always on support services". This is the first time The Cube is a part of the rapidly growing ServicesANGLE.com publication which was launched months earlier. With regular co-host Dave Vellante noticeably absent host John Furrier begins by recounting the results of the real time support Facebook Poll asking "What are the top three IT support issues?" As the numbers rolled in The Cube's John Furrier provided an update on the numbers which shows real-time customer support as the clear and resounding answer from the masses. "I want to talk to a customer support expert my way, anytime when I need one," Facebook users responds. From the IT Wishes Poll customers were asked "What is your number one support issue for wishlist?" Though this response was tied, it still shows clearly how customers value good support services. "I want to stop solving the problem from scratch every time" was the response which tied at the top. With access to the Facebook page consumers can meet the experts of Hewlett Packard and talk to HP support. Here Hewlett Packard provides support not just for HP but for all vendors. With their finger on the pulse of service innovation HP continues to provide multi-vendor support to better accommodate the needs of current and future consumers.
