>> Good afternoon, Click fam, and welcome back to Beautiful Orlando, Florida. We're here with theCUBE for our power-packed coverage of ClickConnect. My name is Savannah Peterson. Very excited to be joined by Casey here from Click. Casey, welcome to the show.>> Thank you.>> It is so nice to be at your show. Thank you for having us. What does it mean for you to see the Click community and all your partners here in Orlando this week?>> It's fantastic, right? We do this once a year and we try to make it as special as possible, but this year it's a little extra special, right?>> Yeah.>> We have a huge contingency from our partner community here. We have a lot of customers here. I think this is our biggest showing ever, and as I said, it's a special->> Congrats.... >> year. We acquired Talon last year, so this is the first time we've got both Talon and Click coming together as one company. So, we've got a lot of innovation, a lot of offerings that we're bringing to the table, so it's fantastic to get all our customers here to hear about all the great things we're doing now.>> Yes. And in that explosive keynote, so many demos, we're talking AI. I have to say, your community was so excited during that demo. I heard so many, whoops, and hollers and cheers. It's a big deal. What of the big announcements this week are most exciting to you or to your customers?>> Well, there's so many. I actually had a customer come up to me and say, "Can I get a cheat sheet of all the great things y'all are doing?" I said, "I think we can do that," right?>> That's awesome. Yeah.>> It's fantastic. But if I was to pick one, it's probably the fact that we have Click answers. I know that sounds pretty obvious, but AI is at the tip of the spear of everything now. So, our ability to embrace that technology, embed it, and solve real business problems using click answers, super powerful. Right?>> Yeah.>> So, super excited about that, and our customers have validated that. This is very useful. We can absolutely apply AI answers to our business to get real business problems solved.>> Which is on the top of everyone's mind right now. I mean, I bet a lot of your existing customers are coming to you saying, "Hey, how can we make sure we can trust this data?" That was a big part of the conversation today too. Your trust factor is awesome. I'm curious, so when you bring everybody together, for folks who can't be here right now, how would you describe the energy?>> As I said, there's a buzz, there's a lot of whispering, and "Hey, what is that? Tell me more about that." So, it's hard to replicate virtually.>> It really is.>> So, if you're virtually watching, you should come next year. It's pretty exciting, so it's fantastic.>> Why do you think it's so important, and just sticking there for a second, why do you think it's so important to have people together in person, especially in our industry?>> Well, obviously going through COVID, right? We lost that collaboration, face-to-face. You cannot replace it, right?>> No.>> And it was a painful couple of years. I think there's been pent-up demand to get everybody back in the same place at the same time.>> I think you're right.>> And this week definitely validated that for me, so it's been fantastic.>> Oh, my gosh. Yeah, it makes such a big difference. And the serendipity and the synergy, just in chatting to people or what you might overhear someone saying or watching them check something out or learning about a feature. I was a little worried there in the pandemic, we might not come back to IRL events with the same tenacity, but being here today is really, honestly, it's so exciting. It's great to see everybody.>> Well, it's the impromptu conversations that happen. A customer overhears what a customer over here is doing and says, "Hey, will you tell me about that? How did you get help with that?>> Yeah.>> You can't replicate that virtually, so this is just->> You can't replicate the hallway track.>> Absolutely.>> It's kind of how we joke about it a lot. So, what are you hoping comes out of this week? What do you hope you can say at the end of Click Connect that you couldn't say going in?>> Well, from a customer standpoint, I want our customers to leave here with, "Hey, we're investing. We're innovating," right? We're not standing on our heels saying, "Hey, we're not doing anything new." We're doing a lot of new things that really going to drive value for your organization, right?>> For sure.>> For our partners, it's also special for them. They're our connective tissue to our customers.>> Oh, yeah.>> So, they're super excited. They have things that they can do->> Great to see them all showing off in there.>> Oh, absolutely. Yeah. So, they can bring things to the market and help us scale as and organization. And from a Clicky standpoint, it's important for them to understand that we're also investing in our customers and our partners and in them, and this is a good way to showcase that.>> It really is. And you can tell from the conversations we've had from the guests we've had on the show, there's a real focus on community and a culture around community at Click. Would you agree? That's sort of the vibe we're getting.>> A hundred percent. Click customers go way back, right? It's 30 years in some cases, right?>> Yeah.>> So, they feel like they've grown up with us as we've grown up with them.>> That's so sweet.>> And so being able to share those stories with other Clickies and customers, partners, it's been fantastic.>> It's priceless. I love it. Casey, thank you so much for having us and inviting us into the Click community. It's been awesome. And thank all of you for tuning in to our power packed coverage here at ClickConnect in Orlando, Florida. I'm Savannah Peterson. You're watching theCUBE, the leading source for enterprise tech news.
